philadelphia, up fortunately, coastal areas of new jersey up toward new york city will bear the brunt of this storm. we are sort of on the western edge of t the storm gets to the north and east and we'll see some of of the bands of precipitation, first rain and eventually maybe some snow kind of pinwheel back towards the washington area. so just generally speaking here, 95 east has the best chance of any measurable rain and/or snow later today. if you are watching well out to the west, out towards front royal, out towards win chest are, i don't think you'll see much of anything today other than cloud cover and some very cold temperatures. as we get into the later afternoon periods, we could get some rain. the farther north and east, the better chance you have of seeing anything substantial and i mean maybe a slushy inch across maryland. the farther north you get, the better chance you will see any action here so up towards columbia, laurel, up towards baltimore. best chance for any accumulating snow. i don't think we'll see anything other than wet roadways around here. cold, cloudy, r
